In which the pond fights for attention to be paid and Akker Dakker to be heard ...

It just isn't fair, and it's quite possibly sexism of the most outrageous kind ...

Each week brave, bold Akker Dakker contributes deep thoughts to the Terror, and yet, out of the headline Terror trio of barking mad members of the commentariat, who are the two who get to hog the front digital page?

It seems when it comes to plain speaking puncturing the hot air, the Devine and petulant Peta steal the show ...

It seems it must fall to the pond to rectify the situation, redeem the balance, shed light on seminal questions raised by the insightful Akker Dakker ... rich, deep, meaningful questions like ...

Oh sorry, that's a joke headline ... this is the real story ...

The pond couldn't resist leaving that plug for Tiger Air at the top of the piece - somehow it seemed the right sort of brand for Akker Dakker and Scott Pruitt ... because the fat owl of the remove was on fire from the get go, applauding the clarity of the Donald's words ...

Now there's clarity for you, and he paid the word so little for its work ...

... and that's why the pond loves the fat owl of the remove, because each week the pond is both dragged back to childhood and drawn to an awareness of approaching senility ...

The fat owl fulminates about loving the coal miners in a way which might only be matched by Malware's love of copper ...

Speaking of copper, the pond was recently astonished by this American celebration of the ongoing copper roll out ...

By golly, that copper to the home is a vision for the future ...

But wait, somehow this piece has been hijacked, and Akker Dakker's climate denialist coal loving message has got lost amongst the copper ...

Meanwhile, on other planets ...

It must be a terrible job, being a flake, a flak-catcher, a flunky, a useful fool, a hack given the job of producing a flurry of denialist floozies each day ...

Meanwhile, on other planets ...

Back in Akker Dakker land, the fat owl winds up smoothly to full nuke throttle ...

Now some might think that the way forward was to develop renewable energy in a way that was economical and reliable, and thereby avoid embracing the dangers and expenses involved in nuclear energy ... but not Akker Dakker and the Senator for Sarah Palin ...

Oh and get prepared for the bait and switch segue which follows ...

You see? Akker Dakker can still turn on a dime, at one moment smiting greenies, the next berating the docs for their foolish political correctness...

He's still got it, and yet the Terrorists put a couple of women at the top of the digital page.

Where's the justice, where's the truth?

Sure they're banging on about Islamics and greenies too, but the fat owl has readers who hang on his every word ... and know the deep conspiracies at work in the world ...

Take it away Kathy, take it as far as the moon if you like ...

There's always one doubting Thomas somewhere, and this day it fell to the wretched David, preaching his greenie leftie nonsense ...

Luckily there were readers ready to put the upstart back in his greenie box ...

It was another day in Akker Dakker land, a land which it has to be noted many reptiles inhabit ... or should that be infest?

Some kind soul collated this set of dog botherer tweets ...

The pond was torn... which cartoon might best suit the mood and the tone, which might evoke or even match the mighty Akker Dakker in full flight?

  1. I have but one passing thought for Her Petulence: call the IPA what it is, a political attack squad.

Though come to think of it, unlike GetUp, the IPA is really way too toothless to be a credible combat unit - really more a whiny puppy than an attack dog. Which, I guess, is why Pet. Peta is so upset.

  2. Piers is right! But he's wrong. Trump doesn't "mince" words, he "salads" them.

  3. And not many words at that. Trump would not have a vocabulary of more than seventy five words.
